Just got back from Kuwait. It was hot (no, not like Africa hot-or even India hot...more like Kuwaiti Hot <132>)

Nothing there, except it appears oil. If you are born in Kuwait -you are given money from day one. (and a house)

SOA business case: smaller is better

There’s been quite a bit of debate as of late as to whether SOA should start small and incrementally, or be introduced from the top down as a transformative venture.

Navy Medicine is finally maturing enough in it's IT structure to begin to look at our Architecture. Withthe recent hiring of a new Deputy CIO -who has a long history of enterprise architecture as his background we are all discussing how best to implement SOA into our long term vision.
